The sky on the day you arrived

Enter a birth date, a time and a place. The positions of the Sun, the Moon and the eight planets are computed for that minute, and the chart is read as a set of questions to sit with.

No time? Leave noon; the planets hold, and the rising sign and houses are left out. The place is looked up through Open-Meteo’s free geocoder. Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere else.

How it is made

Positions are computed in your browser by Astronomy Engine (MIT licence), accurate to within an arcminute against the JPL ephemerides: tropical zodiac, geocentric, true ecliptic of date. The rising sign and midheaven are worked from local sidereal time; houses are whole-sign. Local time is turned into universal time with your device’s own time-zone history.

The reading is written for reflection. It is not a forecast, and it is not advice about health, money or law.
